My favorite part of the Club Land'or experience was the ability to totally relax. I woke each day totally refreshed and ready for my next adventure. Paradise Island is very nice and is a great place to go on vacation. The Blue Lagoon Restaurant served very fresh salmon and the service was five star. I will definitely recommend Club Land'or to my friends!

When reviewing online customer comments on resort stays, several factors must be considered on the whole.
* It takes a meaningful experience for a reviewer to post (either positive or adverse).
* Over the period 2004-2009,Club Land’or on Paradise Island, Bahamas has conservatively averaged a fulfillment rate of 50 villas occupied per week and (at an average of 2.5 guests per villa) has serviced approximately 32,500 guests over the period.
* Of this number, 104 posted internet reviews on a leading travel site, 48 of which rated us in a positive manner, 47 to the contrary (going back to 2002).
* Based on the occupancy numbers for the period, that gives a complaint ratio of .0015% dissatisfied customers. In other words, only 47 of the 32,500 guests felt strongly enough to voice their unhappiness.
* All local resorts receive both good and adverse reviews. For example, during this period luxurious, world-renowned The One and Only Ocean Club held a 25% negative review ratio, while newer competing resort Harborside had already garnered 10% negative, and Atlantis Coral Towers (24% negative) and Paradise Island Harbor Resort (50% negative) also received their share of online complaints.
* Bearing in mind that all reviews are subjective to thoughts, feelings and emotions, Club Land’or management takes all complaints seriously.
* With 99.985% of our guests obviously satisfied, we continue to be sensitive to the needs and desires of our customers to make their time with us a truly memorable experience.

We enjoyed our fourth trip to the Bahamas and Club Land'or this month and had the same great time we always have. The poolbar food is always mouthwatering especially to my kids who love the cheeseburgers. The"Blue Lagoon" restaurant is as good as any place I've ever eaten. The people who work here really like their job and it shows in how they treat you. Club Land'or is small and cozy and they have lots to do for families. We also liked the zoo in Nassau with its bird parade and seeing the old forts.
We will be back!

Once again we have had a wonderful week at Club Land'Or. As always ALL the staff were great, especially Joel in the Dining Room who went above and beyond to make us happy. The Tony Burgers were just as good as we remembered. Too bad we missed Tony! After three meals at Atlantis (that ranged from fair to awful), we stuck with the Blue Lagoon and were never disappointed.
We enjoyed tthe pool and hot tub as well, but it is your staff that make our stays so special. Even in this lousy economy with everything so quiet, our vacation was as wonderful as ever.

The staff goes above and beyond the ability to please and satisfy all they serve. Tony, Philip, Brandon and Julie are ready and willing to provide a cool drink or cook up a tasty meal that could satisfy any appetite at the pool bar. Vincent and the entire breakfast staff are known for their excellent service, and guests from other resorts prefer to dine at Club Land'Or . Theresa in housekeeping keeps your room clean everyday, and even washes the dishes! Sammy will take you where you need to go, even if it is to do some grocery shopping in town. Selena makes sure your final bill is accurate and unlike some places makes sure your account is correct. Mr. Jayson Brice the Housekeeping manager is constantly making sure your stay is pleasant. Club Land'or goes above and beyond your vacation expectations, and proves that you don't have to be Big to be Better! If you want the Best of the Bahamas stay at Club Land'or!

Just wanted to say thank you again for the city tour and information on Club Land' or! I will return and hope to send many of our owners to your beautiful peaceful and friendly resort destination! Working for Vacation Internationale as a Corporate Sales Representative, . I have stayed at many properties over the last 12 years and I can say without hesitation and with great recommendation that Club Land'or Nassau is a very charming and highly valued addition to my travel memories! I definitely will be returning, most of all for the outstanding customer service from all departments! A wonderful blessing is having maid service every day! Tony is a hospitality expert and is always on top of seeing that every aspect of any event he is hosting is fulfilled with high expectations, especially the Sunday Barbeque and Rose Island Tour ( a must for every guest)! The Pool Bar and Terrace Café staff organized by Tony including Phillip, Brandon, Al and Julie are very helpful and watchful to see that your needs are met with preparing great food and drinks! The Blue Lagoon staff are what you can expect in high end restaurants and Vincent was a standout! Selena, a very professional friendly front desk staffer, took time to make sure that our stay was great and that our closing bill was accurate! Sammy was extremely helpful in providing transportation and practical helpful information on getting around Nassau! In closing, your new Housekeeping Manager Jayson made himself available and helpful to his guests alongside of his many responsibilities! It is a rare treasure to find a resort that excels in all departments! Please thank all your staff for our wonderful stay!

We ended up loving this little jewel! Mammoth Atlantis is right next door with the huge casino and shops and music , etc. but you can get away from it all here. It's not new, it's not glamorous, but we found it to be clean and the people very friendly. Those reviewers crying about fees must not go very many places because we pay high fees in New York, Miami and Colorado so it only makes sense that you'd have them on Paradise Island in The Bahamas. I understand that renovations are an ongoing thing (maybe the negatives come from those staying in "to-be-done" rooms) and we saw the rebuilding architect's drawings for the future resort to be built in its place. If you go here, don't expect the Taj Mahal. Just relax, have a Bahama Mama and enjoy being somewhere with clean air and gorgeous blue water!!! We WILL recommend it to our friends since they're not pretentious once-in-a-lifetime international vacationers.

Had a wonderful time. Staff is fantastic! From the employees who checked us in, to the bar and housekeeping staff, everyone was helpful and friendly. Within walking distance to anywhere you would like to go on Paradise Island, and can take a quick water taxi to Nassau. Rose Island tour day was by far the best day, well worth the cost. Had a blast, and hope to return

A week stay at Club Land'or was a wedding gift from a dear friend who owned a time share there. My husband and I were married on the beach near Atlantis, but stayed at the Land'or Resort. The staff and people we meet during our vacation were wonderful! The entire resort made an event out of our wedding day and made us feel like they had been friends for years. We had a blast on the Rose Island Cruz; the resort actually had great events!

Just returned from one of our funniest vacations. The resort is small, which I actually liked. Right from the start, we met other vactioners at the resort. Each day we were greeted with hello's, and asked what our plans were for the day. Many nights, we sat together and had drinks!! The people we met made this vacation so special; what the resort lacks in style, is made up by the people who vaction there!
Our family of 5 stayed here, and the units are small, and the air conditioning needed an overhaul! The kitchen had everything we needed.
One tip, pre-buy the coupons from club land or -we had the VIP package which included 2 breakfast, 2 lunch and 2 dinners, as well as a trip to Rose Island (incredible) and the Sunday Barb-Q dinner show. We ordered off the regular menu, and the food was very good! In fact, they even allowed the kids to order off the regular adult menu and just gave them children portions!
