Why Join Flex Plus?

Flex Plus is an internal exchange division for Club Land'or owners. Joining Flex Plus allows you the ability to exchange your Club Land'or week for a week at another resort destination. As a member, you also will have the added benefit of extending your Club Land'or week for two additional years if you are unable to use your week during its contracted year. Flex Plus members also enjoy split week usage at Club Land'or, acceleration of weeks and accumulation of weeks.

How does it work?

Once you become a member of Flex Plus your vacation options are endless. Once you have decided when and where you would like to take your next vacation, simply submit an exchange request form through our website, mail or by contacting us. It is recommended that you be flexible with your dates of travel. Once we receive your request, we will begin to correspond with our contacts to exchange your week at Club Land'or for the area you have requested. In order to fulfill your request there must be available inventory at a resort in the requested destination. Typically, this means that an owner at a resort in your requested destination has decided to exchange as well and has deposited their week at their resort. As soon as a match to your request has been found, we will contact you with the details.

How long does the process take?

Many factors influence how quickly we are able to match your request. The destination of choice, time of year of travel and the size of unit requested all play a role securing your vacation. It is advisable that you submit your request no less then 90 days from your desired travel date. Requests may be placed up to a year in advance and are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.

Where can I go?

Flex Plus has access to virtually every resort destination in the United States, as well as certain locations internationally. Of course, there are some exceptions and if you are unsure, please feel free to contact us. Popular destinations include Orlando, Hawaii, Myrtle Beach, Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Colonial Williamsburg Va., the Poconos, Gatlinburg, Palm Springs and Branson.

Do you have a list of all the resorts you deal with?

Flex Plus Exchange does not have a directory at this time. Our inventory changes daily based on which resort weeks are deposited. For this reason, Flex Plus never guarantees access to a specific resort or destination.
